Taylor
Hi, I’m Taylor. I am a passionate and friendly support worker with over 3 years of hands-on experience in the community and individual support sector. I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support and am currently expanding my skills through a Certificate IV in Mental Health.
What led me into this work was a natural love for connecting with people and wanting to make a difference. I believe in empathy, honest conversation, and simply being there for others. Whether it’s supporting someone to build independence, offering a judgment-free ear, or sharing a good laugh over coffee, I’m all in.
I truly enjoy building real connections, having meaningful chats, and creating a safe, supportive space for the people I work with. Whether it’s helping someone navigate daily life with dignity and care, or just being a steady presence in their day, I show up with warmth, patience, and a good sense of humour.

Support Worker
Megan
Hi there, my name is Megan! I am a fourth-year student in a Bachelor of Social Work and have recently transferred into the support work industry from retail. Having completed a student placement as a part of my studies, I was keen to get into the support work industry to implement my growing knowledge and skills whilst leaning into my passion for making a difference. Through significant personal experience in navigating the complexities of the child protection system and supporting family members with their own disabilities and diverse needs, I have a discovered a deep passion for being a disability support worker.
I thrive in helping others and thus my practice is deeply underpinned by my values of respect, empathy and humour. I am committed to continuously prioritise a trauma informed and strengths-based approach to combat the challenges of such a deficit focused industry. My approach is person centred, with a focus of empowerment and building meaningful connections to demonstrate my genuine care for those I work with.
I look forward to how my social work lens, knowledge and values can support and empower your recovery journey, ultimately tailoring my care to meet your unique needs and goals.

Support Worker
Michelle
My name is Michelle, and I am a disability support worker with Regain. I have always had a passion for helping others and naturally gravitate toward these types of roles.
Previously, I worked as a personal care worker in the aged care sector. Although I enjoyed interacting closely with people, I often found the time restraints challenging. After twenty years of working in nursing homes, I decided to take on a new challenge as a disability support worker. It has been the perfect fit, allowing me to still work closely with people but at a calmer pace.
I love helping people, whether it’s assisting with daily tasks or setting bigger personal goals and guiding them to success. I understand that small steps can often feel like large ones, but having the right support can make a world of difference. We all want to succeed, be valued and included – no matter our struggles in life.

Support Worker
Alison
Hi, I’m Alison. I’m a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker with a Certificate III in Individual Support Care. While I’m new to the industry, I bring a strong foundation of professional training and a deep sense of empathy shaped by my own life experiences. These help me connect with people in a way that’s genuine, respectful, and understanding.
I’ve always been someone who cares deeply about others, and stepping into this role feels like a natural extension of who I am. I’m passionate about supporting individuals to live with dignity and independence, and I believe that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference in someone’s day.
I’m known for my positive outlook and gentle nature. I approach each day with a willingness to learn, grow, and become the best version of myself—while encouraging those I support to do the same. Whether it’s lending a listening ear, helping with daily tasks, or simply being present, I aim to create a safe and uplifting environment for everyone I work with.
I’m excited to be part of a team that values people as individuals and puts heart into everything we do.
